• Use the app for business promotions, advertisements, or spamming.

⚠ Zero Tolerance Policy

KumKum has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Any violation will result in immediate content removal and possible account suspension or termination.

KumKum reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these guidelines.

• We do not guarantee that you will find a match.
• You are responsible for your interactions and safety when meeting someone.
• KumKum does not conduct background checks on users but provides reporting tools to flag suspicious activity.

• All reported objectionable content will be reviewed within 24 hours.
• If content is found to violate our guidelines, it will be removed immediately, and the user responsible may be banned.
• Users who repeatedly violate the guidelines will be permanently banned from KumKum.
• Users can report abusive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate content through our in-app reporting tools.

• You agree that profile information may be visible to other users for matchmaking purposes.
• We do not share your private details like phone numbers or email addresses.

• Some features are only available to Premium users through paid subscriptions.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

• We do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions.
